Situation:
LIC Manhole made from PC installed in a new cable channel

1) Before mounting:
• Cover concrete filled, 2 parts
• Steel frame
• Top section
• Frames
• Bottom plate

2) Bottom plate and frames placed on compressed ground and sand mixture.



3) Bottom plate and frames in the pit.



4)  All frames and the bottom plate are made from high tensile plastics. Due to lightness of material the frames can be moved by two persons only.



5) Additional frames are set.



6) Frames are fixed with dowels.

7) Mounting of top section and steel frame for housing of cover. Activation of variable height adjustment.



8) Covers are set in using cover hooks.



9) Cover is set. This type of cover is concrete filled (load B 125 or D 400 according to DINEN 124).
Covers can also be delivered made from cast iron or prepared for paving (load B 125 or D 400 according DINEN 124).



10) Coves are put in the steel cast frame and locked. Loading and unloading can be done easily without heavy lifting equipment.
